ANNUAL IRRIGATION SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement between Fire & Rain, LLC and ________________________________ (Customer) is valid for one year from November 1, 2008 to October 31, 2009 (12 months). Fire & Rain agrees that this Service Agreement will consist of any and all materials and labor to perform the following services:
1. Spring Irrigation Service – Start Up
a. Check Performance of all valves and sprinkler heads
b. Bring system up and check coverage of all heads
c. Make adjustments as necessary to provide proper coverage
d. Reprogram controller and install new 9v battery
2. Mid-Season Irrigation Service – Seasonal Adjustment
a. Check irrigation system performance and optimal performance
b. Check coverage of all heads to ensure proper coverage
c. Make adjustments as necessary to provide proper coverage
d. Reprogram controller to provide additional watering, if needed
3. Winter Irrigation Service – Winterization
a. Blow out all irrigation lines using compressed air
b. Turn off all pump features (if applicable)
c. Turn off controller – set to “OFF” position
d. Make only necessary repairs to system to facilitate winterization
If you system is on city water, you backflow assembly is required, by law, to be inspected every three (3) years. Fire & Rain will, at the customers’ request, have this backflow/cross connection assembly inspected by a licensed inspector and billed separately.
This Agreement also provides you with the following additional benefits:
1. Priority service scheduling – All calls for emergency services will be scheduled for service within 48 hours
2. Priority scheduling for all other calls for service
3. Discounts:
a. Repair work: Discounted Labor Rate of $75/hr
b. Parts: 15% Discount on all Parts
Annual Payment Plan (please contact Fire & Rain for pricing on multiple locations or multiple systems at one locations for pricing:
$250/yr Up to seven (7) zones and $5 additional per zone per year
i.e. – 10 zones would be $315 per year
I agree to pay $__________ for the total contract cost of the Service Agreement. I have enclosed payment in full and accept with no undue delay each of the above contracted services. I agree that this Service Agreement will automatically renew each year on the same date as the initiation date of this contract and shall continue thereafter for twelve (12) month periods unless cancelled with prior notification given by Customer. I agree to promptly render payment upon receipt of annual renewal invoice. Fire & Rain, LLC has the option to change service fees as market conditions change.
“YOU, THE CUSTOMER, MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AT ANYTIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE FIFTH (5TH) BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE DATE OF THIS AGREEMENT OR AGREEMENT RENEWAL DATE”

| I Give Fire & Rain, LLC authorization to provide the above contracted services in the event I am not present for a scheduled service appointment. If access is not available to the service technician, I agree to pay for the return service fee. |
